Handstand Hold Max Time

Checkout your performance in the Air Force WOD. It's a good way to improve your movement- a number of you were not going crease of the hip below the knee, locking out your arms at full extension or getting your head forward once you had extended your arms. Sometimes you don't realise until you see it for yourself! A WOD cannot be considered RX'd if there is not full ROM!
