Tonights class has been moved to tomorrow at 6-7pm just for this week.

Here's a workout you can do at home.

50 Double Unders
10 Sit Ups
40 DU's
20 Sit Ups
30 DU's
30 Sit Ups
20 DU's
40 Sit Ups
10 DU's
50 Sit Ups

If you cannot do double unders x2 normal skips e.g 50 DU's = 100 normal skips
