Me, Davie CF Central Scotland and Samantha CF Central Manchester and winner of the Womens CF Velocity games working out our "plan of attack" for the team workout on CrossFit 3D's opening day!

On the minute, every minute for 25 mins perform:
3 Clean and Jerk, 60kg/40kg
5 Knees to Elbows

If you fail to complete the reps in the given 60 sec allocation simply resort to as many rounds as possible in the remaining time.
