Sorry for late post - been having some technical problems that are sorted now!
Poor Gi has been training so hard recently he has started falling asleep in restaurants!!

In remaining time complete as many OH Squats as possible (50kg/30kg)
Score in number of OHS completed
{C} Stretch / Roll
