
On February 6th 2010 CrossFit Velocity along with a number of other UK CrossFit boxes will be holding a workout between 10am and 11am. Every person doing the WOD is asked to try and get as much sponsorship for the WOD as possible. 20 Deadlift 80kg/40kg
20 Burpees
20 Kettlebell Swings 24kg/12kg
20 Press Ups
Run 400m
