WOD

You may need to borrow Ed's bucket for this one!

In teams of 2, partner 1 runs 400m whilst partner 2 performs as many reps of the set exercise as possible in the time it takes partner 1 to complete the 400m. Swap repeat until both partners have completed all exercises. Compare your score to your partners for each exercise. Most reps in total is the winner!
