WOD

"I have an urgent and horrifying message and I need you all to stop what you are doing and pay attention........CANNONBALL!!!" - Nah just wanted to say there will be no outdoor WOD tomorrow as the weather does not look great. As soon as we get some decent sun IT'S ON!!! You stay classy San Diego.

Squat 5-3-1+
Check your spreadsheet for working loads.

Met Con:
Perform 1 Pull Up, 1 KTE, 1 KB Swing in the 1st minute.
Perform 2 Pull Up's, 2 KTE's, 2 KB Swings in the 2nd minute etc
Continue until you can no longer perform the the allocated number of reps for the minute.

Post reps for 1+ Squat and number of minutes to comments.
