We will put a hold on the individual programming for tonight as there are 2 new movements that I would like to introduce you to and spend a bit of time dialing in your technique. Don't be surprised if some of you are doing this WOD with just PVC as if there are any holes in your OH squat the snatch balance will expose them BIG TIME!!
