WOD

Some amazing improvements last night!! Many of you have got a new CFT, some of you PB'd by as much as 25kg!! That is proof in itself how effective the 531 programme is! When we start the next cycle we will go through the exact same process but with a 2.5kg increase to each load, so you need all of your working load spreadsheets/training diary's so you know what your new +2.5kg loads will be. That is why we are always going on about RECORDING your training!!
Make sure if you PB'd last night 1) It goes on the May PB board and 2) It goes on the CFT board.
Props to Henson who pulled a massive 235kg deadlift last night!!
A few have emailed me about the fact they missed last night and are super keen to do their CFT. The CFT will not appear again for a short while so I suggest you check with whoever is coaching the next session you attend and ask if you can do the CFT instead of the programmed met con. This may or may not be a problem depending on numbers / space but it doesn't hurt to ask!

But I think we all have a long way to go until we get this STRONG!
