Teamwork!!

'Team Murph'
Teams of two must complete the following:
1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
Both partners must run at the same time. However, both people need to be in before starting the bodyweight exercises. The BW stuff can be broken up anyhow/anyway but one person must rest while the other works. The workout is over when the final mile is complete and both partners are back at the gym.
