WOD

Yesterdays WOD was:
With a 20kg plate perform the following:
Run 400m 60 Squats
Run 300m 40 Squats
Run 200m 20 Squats
Each time the plate is put down perform 5 press ups.
Post time and number of press ups to comments.

Todays workout is:
10x100m sprints rest exactly 2:00mins between efforts.
Post times for each sprint to comments.

Monday will see the start of another 531 strength cycle. You should
all have a CrossFit Total by now and can put your max lifts into our
spreadsheet so it works out your training loads for you to save you
time during class. Email me at crossfitvelocity@googlemail.com for a
copy of the spreadsheet. Complete one for each lift, print them off
and keep them at the box. Jaffa will also have a copy if you want to
get it from him.
