Deadlift

Check your spreadsheet for your working percentages.

Met Con:
In 6 minutes run 800m and in the remaining time complete as many
overhead squats as possible. M 40kg F 20kg

Post the number of deadlifts achieved on last set and number of
overhead squats from the met con to comments.
