WOD

The CrossFit Total
3 attempts at your maximum lift in the following:
Max Deadlift
Max Press
Max Back Squat

Post total load to comments.

This will form the basis for the next 4 weeks 531 strength cycle. I
will be posting a link to an excel spreadsheet that will work out your
working loads for each week of the programme. You will need to input
your 1 rep max for each movement and the spreadsheet will do the rest.
Print it out and leave at the gym so you don't have to waste time
working out your loads. Simples.
