Crossfit Velocity class times are changing slightly from next Monday (26th April) to accomodate additional classes:Mon 2 classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm,Tues 1 class at 6:00pm,Wed 2 classes at 5:30pm and 6:30pm,Thurs 1 class at 6:00pmSat 1 class at 10:00am.
