In teams of 2 complete the following for time:
100 Thrusters 50/30kg
100 Hang Power Clean 50/30kg
100 Ring Dips
100 Overhead Squats 50/30kg
You cannot move onto the next exercise until all 100 reps are complete.
Only one partner can work at a time.
