CF Central Manchester Games Sat 17th July 9am-6am.
A few of you have mentioned that you would like to compete in the CFCM games. Lets get a good crowd and all head up, it will be an awesome day and I think Manchester is a pretty cool place to get a beer in the evening. For many of you it will give you the chance to meet some of the UK CF community. The plan for the Games is that Simon CFCM Owner and his team are going to base the WODS where possible on the 2010 Games Finals. Many competitors will need to scale so don't worry if you cannot do certain movements you will be looked after!! The Games is all about having a go!! Let me know asap if you plan to go so we can start organising the trip and I can email Simon as he will need to know competitor numbers.
