Work those weaknesses!
Something to consider, not essential for every type of CrossFit workout but a worthy addition to your training footwear.
You should aim to have:
Low profile running shoes - Nike Free / Inov8
Flat sole shoes - Converse All Star Chuck Taylors
Vibrams (which once your used to them can perform the role of the other 2 types of footwear mentioned above)
Weightlifting Shoes
