It's her!!

We are about to start another 531 cycle, but this one will use some different movements. We saw huge improvements in the deadlift, press and squat after a previous cycle and so this cycle will see us use some of the common movements that we feel you all need to improve. Email me to get your spreadsheet that will calculate your working loads for you (so you don't have to waste time during the session working it out!)
The next week will focus on you establishing 1RM's in these movements and then we will hit week 1/2/3 and hopefully see more gains in that vital fitness component STRENGTH. As Mark Rippetoe says:
"Strong people are harder to kill than weak people and more useful in general"

We have a strong team of coaches at CFV and we are pleased to announce we have further strengthened our team with the addition of Andy Edwards to the coaching team. Andy will be taking some classes and will also be available for 1to1 personal training. Having a quality coach available to give you individual attenion is an excellent way to progress in your CrossFit. Problems with your squat? Not quite got a kipping pull up? Need to work on your muscle up? 1to1 will get you there! His schedule is very flexible and so you will be able to train with him at a time that suits you (morning,daytime,evening).
