CrossFit to the next level and develop some of the more complex movements and skills you need to have individual attention simple. 1 to 1 coaching is the way to achieve this! At £30 per hour and at a time that suits you, it is more than worth it but if you want to share the cost get two mates to come with you for a small group session (max 3) then its only £10 each for some high quality individual coaching.
