WOD

Our new 531 cycle starts tonight, those that have emailed me for the spreadsheet will find things much easier as you will now know your working loads for all 3 movements for the next few weeks. You will not have to waste time working them out tonight!! Email me if you have not already and I will forward you a copy!

{B} Thruster 5-5-5+ @ 65%-75%-85% of 90%1RM
{C} AMRAP 10 Mins:
5 Get Down Get Ups 20kg/10kg
10 Overhead Walking Lunge 20kg/10kg
15 Double Unders
{D} Stretch / Roll

Post reps for 5+ set of thrusters and rounds completed to comments.
